Jenkyn PlaceCould Hampshire be the next hotspot for great English wine?

This is your chance to find out. Six award-winning vineyards are getting together at the picturesque Jenkyn Place Vineyard, near Farnham, on Sunday 13 July. Taste and meet the people behind the vineyards of Hambledon, Hattingley Valley, Meonhill, Danebury, Cottonworth and – of course Jenkyn Place.

Take a tour with Jenkyn Place founder Simon Bladon and his daughter Camilla around the gently sloping vineyards.

Hampshire Wine Festival

There’s a free prize draw for a hamper of Hampshire produce, including wines from all six vineyards. Pies, charcuterie and other local food will be available, and singer songwriter Martha Paton will be performing.

Hampshire is the third most widely planted county in England, with the area under vine nearly doubling in the last decade. The wines available are a real treat. Let us know on our Facebook page if you get there what you think.
