Terms & Conditions
This Agreement sets out the Terms and Conditions (Terms) relating to the online content provided by Susanna Forbes (the Siteowner) to you (the User).
By accessing www.drinkbritain.com (the Site), the User is agreeing to the Terms below. If the User does not agree with the Terms, the User should leave the Site. If the User has any questions, please contact the Siteowner, email@example.com.
The Siteowner reserves the right to change the Terms at her sole discretion. The Terms applicable on each visit will be the ones found here at the time of visit. The User’s use of the Site after changes are made implies that the User agrees to be bound by such changes.
Registration, passwords & privacy
The User will be requested to create a Password in a format specified by the Siteowner (the Password). The User shall not disclose the Password to any other person or body and shall ensure that the Password remains confidential at all times. If the Siteowner has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has misused the Password, the Siteowner may suspend the User’s access to the site.
Intellectual property & copyright
The content is provided solely for the personal use of the User and the User shall not sub-license, distiribute, sell, supply, modify, adapt, amend, inroporate, merge or otherwise alter any content as published on the Site. The User shall not remove or replicate any logo, legends, symbols, lables, images, or any other like marks embedded in the content.
The Siteowner retains the copyright for the Site and the contents of the Site is owned by or licensed to the Siteowner. All trade marks and other intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to the Siteowner unless otherwise specified.
For the avoidance of doubt, all content, trademarks, logos, images, product and company names displayed or referred to on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this Site grants the User any license or right to use, alter, or remove such material.
The User may print or download the visible text of an individual page for private and personal non-commercial use, but this is limited to one copy, electronically or otherwise. Enquiries for permission to distribute or reproduce any part of the contents outside of this are welcome, by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
Any information, material or data (Material) the User posts on the Site will be understood to be non-confidential, and this Material or any part of it may be used by the Siteowner for any purpose, including but not limited to reproduction, publishing, disclosure to third parties, posting, editing, archiving or otherwise at the Siteowner’s discretion subject always to the terms of the Data Protection Act (please see Privacy section).
The User grants to each other User of the Site a non-exclusive license to access the Material posted through the Site. The User warrants that all Material that is posted on the Site or submitted for inclusion is true and accurate and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party including but not limited to copyright and trademark rights. Neither shall any Material be defamatory, obscene, or in breach of any duty of confidentiality. The User indemnifies the Siteowner and agrees to keep the Siteowner indemnified against any loss or damage suffered by the Siteowner including, all financial loss, reasonable legal costs and any sum reasonably paid in settlement of a claim made against the Site due to a breach of this clause.

Advertising & Sponsorship
Parts of the Site may contain Advertising and Sponsorship by third parties. All advertisers and sponsors are solely responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with all legal and regulatory requirements and does not contain any material which is objectionable, including information which is defamatory or untrue. The Siteowner assumes no responsibility for any Advertising or Sponsorship included on the Site or any errors or inaccuracies found in such material.
While the Siteowner will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, the Siteowner makes no warranties as to its accuracy or completeness. The Site is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. The information on the Site is provided with the understanding that the information does not constitute any form of advice, recommendation or arrangement. The User must make his or her own decisions on whether to rely solely on the information provided.
The Siteowner reserves the right to modify content on the Site, but does not make any commitment to update the information displayed on the Site.
For these reasons, the User is recommended to confirm details with each Destination prior to embarking on any visit. Any Destination or User which observes any inaccuracy is invited to contact the Siteowner, email@example.com.
DrinkBritain.com competition rules will apply to all competitions promoted and operated by DrinkBritain.com.
- To enter, the Entrant must live in the UK. The competitions are run under English law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
- In order to enter, the Entrant must be over 18. By entering, the Entrant confirms that he or she is over the age of 18.
- Only one entry per person.
- The winners will be picked at random from all valid entries, or if there is any skill or knowledge requirement, from all correct and valid entries.
- By taking part, each Entrant agrees to allow DrinkBritain.com to use his or her email address for future emailings and other communications relating to DrinkBritain.com, unless the Entrant elects to opt out of such mailings.
- No cash alternative is available. By taking part, the Entrant agres to participate in reasonable publicity in the event that they win any prize, including the publishing of their names and picture on the Site, newsletters or press releases.
